Rabbi Avraham Brandwein is the Rosh Yeshiva of Kol Yehuda Yeshiva. He is the son of Rav Yehudah Tzvi, the founder of Kol Yehuda Yeshiva and a great Kabbalah teacher. Rav Brandwein succeeded his father as leader of Kol Yehuda Yeshiva, though there is some controversy as Philip Berg claims he succeeded Rav Yehudah, a claim Rav Brandwein denies. Rav Avraham also gained much acclaim for translating the Zohar into Hebrew. He is beloved for his accepting nature and his great teaching ability. |
