 Michael Berg was the first person to ever convert the scripts of the Zohar into contemporary English. He helps run the Kabbalah Centre and is that organization's co-director. He also runs the website www.Kaballah.com. Summary
Michael Berg was born on June 29, 1973, in Jerusalem, Israel. He is the son of Philip "Rav" Berg and Karen Berg, the controversial Kabbalah Centre leaders. Like his brother, he started his schooling in New York City at the the Rabbinical Seminary of America and continued his studies at Yeshiva Shaar Hatora. Much of his acclaim has come from converting the Aramaic scripts of the Zorah into contemporary English in a 23 volume set. He is co-director of the Kabbalah Centre (with his brother Yehuda) and helps run their website and book publication business. He has written a few best -selling books in the subject of Kabbalah. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three kids.
